Conceptual Design Phase

During the initial meeting, Ferrium will discuss with you all necessary details to ensure a successful partnership.  These include your design goals, budget and time schedule.  Through the use of drawings and material samples preliminary design concepts will be created for your review.  Based on these discussions a master plan is created to guide you through the entire scope of your project.

 

Construction Development Phase

For construction projects we will further develop our design concepts to incorporate final drawings and material selections.  The client-approved plans are then sent to qualified professionals for price bidding.  Ferrium will assist in the selection of these professionals, as well as, collaborate with all those providing services in technical fields, such as architects, contractors, mechanical and structural engineers.

 

Decorative Development Phase:

During the construction and/or renovation of your home, Ferrium will guide you through the selection of furniture, carpeting, lighting, finishes, drapery, fabrics, artwork, and accessories best suited to capture your style.  Selections will be presented through providing either samples or photographs of all merchandise.

 

Purchase and Installation Phase:

Acting as the client’s agent, Ferrium Design Studio will coordinate the purchase, delivery and installation of all merchandise. Our vendors are carefully selected to provide the highest quality craftsmanship and follow-through. Our job is complete only after we have completed all the details associated with your design project.
